WHY WE SHOULD INSPIRE

ENCOURAGING OUR KIDS CREATIVITY

In a great article by Barbara O’Neal called The Creative Personality she writes “In modern western society, we like to pretend we love and support creativity. It brings us innovation and entertainment, after all. Without highly creative people, we would not have personal computers, iPhones, Facebook, or movies. We think this so true and are here to support your efforts to inspire your kids. On the other hand this can be a difficult and trying effort. Barbara recommends the book Guiding Creative Talent by E. Paul Torrance who also wrote Encouraging creativity in the classroom (Issues and innovations in education).
