Have a minute? I want to dive in and tell you more about our Design and Conceptual Phase which consists of listening, recognizing, crafting, recommending, and curating. Whether we are creating a donor recognition wall or facilitating a team building this part of the process is key for a successful end result.
This initial phase of diving into our clients vision and goals along with considerations, budgets, obstacles and logistics is the place where we get to share our sweet sauce.
An excellent example of this process is demonstrated through our work with Western Yolo Recreation Center in Northern California (WYROC). They came to us to create a donor recognition wall in the park that they had just raised significant funds for through a major capital campaign.

How do we recognize donors and the many different giving levels? We offer different size tiles that help represent the different levels of donations. When
we realized that we had more giving levels then sizes of tiles we added designs to set giving levels apart.
How do we create a palette that honors our setting of a community park?
We created a unique color palette of greens, yellows and blues in honor of grass, sky and the sun.
How do we involve the community children in a creative way? We worked with WYROC to craft an art workshop that they brought to the local school and community center for the children of the community to create art. We guided them from supplies used to the themed art of “my park”.
How do we ensure an easy to process ordering system? Through our customized ordering system we made it easy for our WYROC to record and submit their orders to us which ensured a seamless production phase.
